COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic: 4/16/2021

We are so excited to announce that, after months of working and waiting, we are able to offer COVID Vaccines!

• • Our first vaccine clinic will be offering the Moderna vaccine, a 2-dose series for SARS-COVID19.
  • This vaccine can NOT be combined with any other dose of COVID-19 vaccine including Johnson and Johnson or Pfizer.
  • The vaccine is approved for adults aged 18 and above at this time. It is our hope that, in the near future, the vaccine will be approved for children.

We are not currently guaranteeing a second dose. This can be scheduled at the time your second dose is due if we have doses available at that time. We plan to continue to have doses available at our clinic as long as they are offered to us through the state and don’t anticipate a shortage at this time.

We will be offering this vaccine to our patients and the general public starting Friday, April 16th by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Each person receiving the vaccine will be required to wait for 15 minutes following administration of the vaccine to monitor for side effects. Serious/life-threatening side effects will be referred to the emergency room if unable to be treated within our clinic setting using minimal intervention.

Please read the attached vaccine information sheet before your appointment. This will also be available upon your arrival to your appointment. Masks are required for all those entering our building. Social distancing will be observed at all times.
