Life is busy. Juggling your day-to-day schedule and staying on top of your family’s health care can be a challenge, but our patient portal can help. Access your child’s medical records 24/7 from your home, office or smart phone.
We encourage all families to sign up for the portal to help us be sustainable and paperless. Please provide your preferred email address so that we can sign you up for the portal during your first visit.

Secure messaging is a feature of our patient portal. You can use it to contact us about non-urgent medical questions, medication refills, and appointment requests.
At FPP, we pride ourselves on keeping an open line of communication between the patient and the physician. Patients can send a message any time of day or night and messages will be returned by Dr. Dunlap within one business day.
Please note that due to the huge success of the patient portal and the high volume of messages we receive, certain higher complexity messages will be billed to your insurance company much like an office visit. If you feel you receive a bill in error, please contact the office.
